Data and purposes
The form collects your name, email address, message and language. Client type, organisation, country, budget and requested service are optional. This information is used to reply to your enquiry and prepare a possible proposal. Required fields are identified; without them, we cannot handle the enquiry through the form.
The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request. General correspondence and website security rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and protecting the service. Contract and accounting records are processed to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations.
This form does not involve profiling, automated decisions or marketing-list registration. Do not submit passwords, health data, identity documents or sensitive information.
Recipients and transfers
Authorised people at ZYLVORA access messages to handle your enquiry. Netlify provides hosting and, when the form is enabled, its technical collection and spam protection. Email correspondence also passes through the relevant email providers. Data is not sold.
Netlify and some subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers must be covered by GDPR safeguards, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You may ask ZYLVORA for information on the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
Retention periods
Enquiries that do not lead to work are retained for up to 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised. If an enquiry leads to a project, necessary records become part of the client file. Contract records needed as evidence are retained during the relationship and for up to 5 years afterwards, unless a different statutory period or dispute applies. Accounting records are kept for 10 years where required by law.
Hosting logs are subject to the provider’s settings and security obligations. ZYLVORA does not use them for behavioural advertising.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, it can be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
Write to business@zylvorasoftware.tech. A response is normally provided within one month, extendable under the conditions set out in law. Identity evidence is requested only where there is reasonable doubt. You may complain to the CNIL or your local supervisory authority.
Security and external links
Administrative access must be limited to authorised people. The live website uses HTTPS when hosting is configured. No system can guarantee absolute security. External links open services with their own rules.
