An enquiry through this website is not an order and can be abandoned without charge. The provisions below concern a project actually agreed under a distance contract. Specific terms are provided before you agree.
Consumer withdrawal right
For a distance service contract with a consumer, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. You may withdraw without giving a reason by sending a clear statement to business@zylvorasoftware.tech or by post to the registered office. Use of the model below is optional.
Where a contract falls under the rules for digital content supplied without a tangible medium, any exception to withdrawal must be explained and meet the consent and confirmation requirements in law. Submitting the contact form does not waive any rights.
Starting before the period ends
Starting during the withdrawal period requires your express request on a durable medium. If you withdraw after that start, a proportionate amount for services actually supplied may be due under the conditions in law, provided the required information was given.
For a service fully performed before the period ends, loss of the withdrawal right requires, among other things, your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost once the contract has been fully performed. These agreements are obtained separately from the contact form.
Refunds and other cancellations
Following a valid withdrawal, refundable sums are returned no later than 14 days after receipt of your decision, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without additional fees. Any amount lawfully due for work started at your express request is handled under the applicable law.
After the statutory period, or for a business client without a statutory withdrawal right, cancellation or postponement is handled according to the accepted proposal and work completed. This website sets no fixed cancellation penalty. Rights arising from breach of contract or statutory guarantees remain available.
